Al Rastelli, the President and Owner, is a second-generation owner. Sam’s Floor Covering originated in the Bronx over 50 years ago by his uncle Sam Rastelli, along with his two brothers, Artie Rastelli and Al Rastelli (Al’s father).  Al has been in the business in the Mahopac area for over 12 years.
